As one of the industries’s internationally acclaimed leaders for over twenty years, Adam Broderick, founder and president of the Adam Broderick Salon and Spa, is an outspoken authority on the business of creating beauty and “wellness.” The Adam Broderick Salon and Spa is a 12,000 square foot state-of-the-art full service day spa and salon, located in Ridgefield, CT, that has been awarded the Pacesetter Award for Excellence and Salon of the Year by “Modern Salon” magazine and Day Spa Association’s Distinguished Day Spa Award 2001.

Adam began his career in top Manhattan salons where he quickly became recognized as a master colorist. He has been named Colorist of the Year repeatedly, and named One of the Top Ten Colorists in the Country, 1996, by Clairol.

Known for his innovative approaches to all aspects of the beauty business, Adam is a sought-after motivational educator, lecturer and president of Broderick Consulting.
